We develop kitchen & bar equipment layout arrangement based on the theme and cuisine of the outlet. preparation of bill of quantities & schedule of M.E.P services requirements. We specialize in Development of a dimensioned-rough-in-services plans for utility services which include civil masonry, plumbing (water & drainage), kitchen ventilation, gas & electrical power plans. Integral part of our services includes review & approval of all M.E.P related preliminary services network drawings (as developed by services consultants) and review of architectural working drawings for kitchens and bars for further co-ordination.
We review and approve detailed shop drawing as submitted by the Contractor. Custom build kitchen equipment’s, LPG, & Kitchen Ventilation drawings on behalf of our client.
We Inspect equipment on the construction site at substantial completion of work and assist in the coordination of services during construction. Assistance is provided in carrying out inspection along with the Client's representative for checking of the custom-built kitchen equipment’s (factory visit) before dispatch to site.
We provide supervision on behalf of the client during final installation of kitchen equipment along with inspection report. Coordination with other parties working on a project and coordination between mechanical, electrical and plumbing Consultants We provide site visits by engineering team as and when required by client.
